Kate is responsible for LGIM's stewardship activities across a range of ESG topics with a focus on climate, people and governance engagements across the firm's global investment stewardship strategy, with a localised approach in Asia. She is also responsible for engagement and voting within the apparel, aluminium and capital goods sector. Kate joined LGIM in 2024 from the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change where she was an Associate with the Asia Pacific Advisory team, helping to deliver on political leaders' priorities. Prior to that, Kate was a trade officer within an economic agency in the Singapore government, covering the energy and chemicals sector. Kate graduated from Yale-NUS College with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) and speaks English, Korean and Chinese.
